Breaking Dawn 14×14, unframed, unstretched Original painting $980.00 USD The river at the breaking of the dawn.  The trees are still dark, but the sun is glinting off the water.  It is still and quiet.  I can hear some bird music and the gentlest lap of water against the banks of the shore.

December 18, 2012

The internet has been a real boon to my “artist lifestyle” which includes me spending a lot of time in my studio, painting my pointillism landscapes and still lifes.  So where do I find like minded friends, who are also in their studios, painting?  And how do we stay connected?  Online!  I became part of […]

pointillism oil painting of sailboat on an ocean of peach and mauve light

Sailing in an ocean of peach and mauve

August 22, 2012

I like simple subjects best because the pointillism is the detail! I like making clear through my art the illusive beauty of the world. I don’t see the world as solid, but as energy and points of light. Pointillism expresses my vision in a satisfying way. Original oil painting 16×16, unframed, unstretched Original $1,280.00 USD

June 8, 2012
